4. Opt-out: every email includes an easy way to unsubscribe. Reply "unsubscribe" or email contact@amazonenergy.com.au. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 5 business days.
5. No purchased lists: we never buy, rent or sell email lists.
6. Sending infrastructure: our email is sent through Google Workspace and authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
7. Report abuse: if you believe you received an unwanted email from us, contact contact@amazonenergy.com.au and we will act promptly.
